No substitutions are allowed for the bundled special offers.
RETURN POLICY
Because of the embedded technology, these products are more energy sensitive than commercial CDs. Handle them with care. If you have one that doesn’t sound right or skips it may not be the fault of the CD itself. Go to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of this website for detailed information.
There is no return policy for digital downloads, all download sales are final. Our return policy covers material flaws in the manufacturing process of CDs only. Your CD will need to be inspected by our engineers to determine if the damage is a result of manufacturing or customer abuse. It’s extremely rare that a CD would ever need to be returned, as we use the finest materials available and they are very dependable. You have 7 days after receiving your CD to contact us by email (shop@diamondcrystalmusic.com) and request a return authorization. You will be given a return mailing address and a return authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of your return envelope. The customer is responsible for providing an envelope and the cost of return mailing via media mail, however it will be reimbursed in product credit if your product is determined to be faulty.

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. Shipping duration depends on the shipping method you select. You cannot cancel an order or change the shipping method once it has been placed.
Shipping charges depend on the quantity, destination and shipping option you choose. You will see the details when filling in the delivery options section of your order before you submit it.
Shipping options include: USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver.
We ship overseas with USPS Air Mail.
